Hurricane Hanna Coordinates |
Coordinates and Projected Path Hurricane Hanna (Tropical Storm Hanna) is currently spinning over the warm waters of the Bahamas. It has drifted a little further south over the past couple of days. Hanna has been suffering from some strong northerly wind shear. This shear will not allow Hanna to strengthen. Over the next couple of days, Hurricane Hanna is forecast to begin slowly moving north. As the wind shear aloft slackens, Hurricane Hanna will likely restrengthen. It is forecast to move up the east coast of the U.S. as a minimal hurricane and then make landfall along one of the Carolinas.
