There is high probability that Tropical Storm Kyle could form late on the day Sunday or Monday.  Currently the weather satellite presentation of potential Kyle is looking impressive.  There seems to be some banding features trying to get established and the counter-clockwise spin has increased as seen per visible weather satellite loops.  If Tropical Storm Kyle does form it will likely strengthen into Hurricane Kyle because the environment looks favorable for additional strengthening.
